This is a wonderful tool, saves my wrists and makes pruning larger and multiple stems so easy. The instructions were a little hard to understand about how to turn it on (because of necessary safety mechanism),"the first power on the buzzer rings once and pulls the trigger twice continuously to enter the active state" but once we understood it meant "pull trigger twice repeatedly until it opens", it works great and I'm glad to have it. It comes with two battery packs already charged and seems to hold charge a long time as well as replacement blades and carrying case. Only complaint is that clearer instructions would have saved frustration and confusion.
