I bought these pre-pandemic early 2020 as I was running out of batteries. As a gamer I have a lot of stuff that uses them. And for the most part they last quite awhile. However recently I've had some stop working even fresh new ones. And my wireless mouse had the caps apparently melted or something as battery acid ruined that mouse. Still got 60 or so batteries so won't won't do a warranty for now. We'll see and I'll update this later if that changes.GoodBatteries are greatUpdate 7/4/2022: I went to purchase these batteries when we ran low on AA batteries and the cost had increased from under $20 to over $30. This was quite a price jump since the last time we purchased these batteries. After shopping around we decided to purchase AC Delco 10 year AA batteries on Amazon instead. We are happy with the brand change and will be purchasing AC Delco batteries in the years to come unless something changes.Original Review:We use a lot of AA batteries in our household primarily for small electronic devices. I'm always looking for high quality batteries at an affordable price. I found the best of both worlds with these Rayovac batteries. You receive 72 AA batteries for under $20, that's a deal you won't find at the big box store.The batteries are alkaline batteries and are considered long lasting. They claim to hold power for up to 10 years. I haven't had them for 10 years so I can't say whether or not that is true. The batteries last longer than Duracell and Energizer batteries, both brands that we have purchased in the past.The main use for AA batteries in our house is flashlights. My significant other is obsessed with flashlights and owns dozens of them. We always need AA batteries to power them. AA batteries never seem to last very long no matter what brand you buy it seems like we are always changing batteries.These batteries are designed so that they don't leak inside of your devices like some cheaper brands of batteries, especially those made in China do. The Rayovac batteries are made in the USA using parts from both the USA and the rest of the world.At the end of the day these are high quality, long lasting, inexpensive AA batteries which are perfect for all of your battery eating devices.they work idk if they are great but they workAs listed and expectedThese are better than Amazon basics or AC Delcos for a comparable price.I have bought these batteries for years and they have performed well. The last order I had issues with a few of the batteries leaking. I had not seen this issue before and hope to not see again. I may have to change brands if quality is now poor. THE DURACELLS ARE A LITTLE BETTER THAN COSTCO’S & AMAZON’S, BUT QUITE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE!I USE A LOT OF ALL THE DIFFERENT SIZES OF BATTERIES IN MY MECHANICAL BATTERY OPERATED TIN TOYS, 1950’s & 1960’s VINTAGE THAT HAVE BEEN WELL TAKEN CARE OF! & NOW VERY VALUABLE TO COLLECTORS LIKE ME. ALSO 70’s/80’s/90’s/2000’s/2010’s & 2020’s MORE MODERN, BUT STILL BATTERY OPERATED TOYS!MY BIG BEEF IS THAT ALL THE PREVIOUS BRANDS MENTIONED HAVE CORRODED & LEAKED ACID WHICH IS THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO THE TOYS OR ANY OTHER DEVICE THAT YOU PUT THESE POORLY MADE BATTERIES INTO! (IT ESSENTIALLY DESTROYS WHATEVER YOU PUT THEM INTO!!!).NOW ENTER RAYOVAC! HIGH ENERGY! AFTER READING A LOT OF AMAZON REVIEWS! I DECIDED TO BUY THESE 72-AA ONES TO GIVE THEM A TRY. (MADE IN THE USA!). ACCORDING TO A LOT OF PEOPLE & RAYOVAC ADVERTISING THESE BATTERIES DO-NOT & WILL NOT CORRODE & LEAK! IF THAT IS TRUE I WILL BE BUYING A LOT MORE IN ALL SIZES AAA/AA/C/D/& 9-VOLTS!. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST ONES OUT-THERE!THESE 72-AA ONES CAME IN A STRONG PLAIN THICK CARDBOARD BOX! (GREAT PACKAGING RAYOVAC-KEEP IT UP!I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW AFTER I HAVE USED THESE RAYOVAC’S AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME!*UPDATE-IT HAS BEEN APPROX 7-MONTHS SINCE I SWITCHED TO RAYOVAC’S. I RECENTLY DID MY OWN TEST WITH BATTERY OPERATED SNOW GLOBES. I PUT DURACELL’S IN FIRST & RECORDED THE DAY & TIME! WHEN THE SNOW GLOBE STOPPED OPERATING, AGAIN I RECORDED THE DAY & TIME. I THEN INSTALLED THE RAYOVACS & SAME PROCEDURE RECORDED INSTALLATION DATE & DATE THEY STOPPED WORKING!HAPPY TO REPORT THE RAYOVAC’S OUTPERFORMED THE DURACELL’S BY 1-DAY & 1-HOUR!!! SO IT’S TRUE MY TEST PROVED TO ME THAT RAYOVAC’S OUTLAST DURACELL’S! (PLUS THE NO-CORROSION FEATURE MAKE THEM EVEN BETTER!!!).These perform just as good, if not better, as other leading branded batteries. The only difference is that these are more cost effective, so you save a bit without sacrificing performance or quality.Highly recommended.Rhe best batteries I've ever used, they really last a long time. Have bought them twice and will again.Batteries didn’t last long and needed replacing for just a temperature display every 2 days.Stocked up for future use.
